Returns Information

Pearson Custom Solutions
10% of the number of copies of each Pearson Custom Solutions product purchased is eligible for credit with proper written authorization from Pearson. Returns are sent at sender's expense. Returns made above the authorized amount or without proper authorization will not be credited. The customer must contact customer service in order to return books.

Eligible titles
All returns must be in condition to be resold as new. Credit will be issued if invoice information (indicating the invoice number) is included with the return. Damaged books, used books and titles otherwise ineligible for credit may not be returned to you.

Superseded editions
Superseded editions must be returned by April 30 of the new edition's copyright year or within 90 days of the new edition's publication date, whichever is later.

Damaged titles
Titles damaged in transit by the carrier must be reported immediately. Claims can be filed online with OASIS or by calling Customer Service at 1-800-922-0579.

Multimedia
Multimedia, including software in the form of floppy disks, CD-ROMs, video and audio tapes and CDs, plus PIN codes for Internet access, are ineligible for returns crediting if the sealed packaging is opened.

No restocking fee
There is no restocking fee for returning eligible college products to Pearson.

Freight charges
Returns freight charges are the customer's responsibility.

Delayed (dated) billing
Our dated billing program for college stores allows you to order books well before each semester begins and delay payment beyond our normal 30-day terms. Dated billing can be requested when placing orders online using OASIS, Prompt+Plus and Pubnet. Contact your local Custom Field Editor about delayed billing.
